This family-run B&B is in a glorious rural location in Eggpie Lane, set amongst Kentish fields on the edge of the village of Sevenoaks Weald.
We are close to Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Royal Tunbridge Wells, under one hour from the Channel Tunnel and just thirty seven minutes to Central London from our local train station, Hildenborough.

Built in 1580, during the reign of Elizabeth I (daughter of Anne Boleyn and Henry VIII),  this period cottage with inglenook fireplace, oak beams and old stone floors offers you the best Kentish hospitality, a relaxed atmosphere, and a location from which to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the Garden of England.

The four acres of garden include a large pond where frequent visitors include kingfishers, wild geese and ducks.
Guests are most welcome to use the tennis court.
